Michael J. McGinnis, 70, of Gallipolis, Ohio, died Friday, August 24, 2012, at The Ohio State University Medical Center in Columbus, Ohio.
A funeral service will be held at 11 a.m., Thursday, August 30, 2012, at Wilcoxen Funeral Home in Point Pleasant, W.Va., with the Rev. Marc Sarrett officiating. Burial will follow at Ridgelawn Cemetery in Huntington, W.Va., where military graveside rites will be given by U.S. Navy Honor Guard and American Legion Post No. 23 of Point Pleasant, W.Va. Visitation will be from 6-8 p.m., Wednesday at the funeral home.
