Carroll Howard “Smiley” Burnette, Jr., 79, of Gallipolis, died Wednesday, October 31, 2012, at Holzer Senior Care Center following an extended illness.
Services will be held at 2 p.m., Sunday, November 4, 2012, at Willis Funeral Home with Pastor Alfred Holley officiating. Burial will follow in Ohio Valley Memory Gardens. Friends may call from 1-2 p.m. prior to the service on Saturday at the funeral home. There will be military graveside services.
