Roger E. Stover, 66, Gallipolis, died Thursday, March 14, 2013, at Holzer Medical Center.
Funeral services will be held at 4 p.m. Sunday, March 17, 2013, at the Cremeens Funeral Chapel with Rev. Robert W. Scott, II officiating. Private family interment will be at the convenience of the family. Friends may call from 2 p.m. until the time of the funeral service on Sunday at the funeral home.
