POINT PLEASANT — First Church of the Nazarene Fellowship Hall in Point Pleasant played host to the 18th annual Pleasant Valley Hospital Hospice Tea.

PVH Home Health and Hospice employees, along with friends of the community, were in attendance for the lunch and celebration.

Music was performed by Aurora Best, daughter of Mistie Best, director of Home Care Services. The Fisherman’s Net Ministries also sang and played instruments.

“We hold this event each year for the community. In the spirit of the holiday season and in remembrance and honor of friends and loved ones who have been affected by a loss, Pleasant Valley Hospice encourages anyone in the community to attend. We hope to provide this event for many years to come and hope to see many more members of the community in attendance as the years pass,” Best said.

Pictures of past hospice patients were placed on a special Christmas tree for employees and family members to honor.
