Betty L. Gates, 77, of Gallipolis, Ohio, died on Friday, December 7, 2012, at the Holzer Medical Center. Graveside services will be held at 11 a.m. on Monday, December 10, 2012, under the direction of Pastor Larry DeWitt in Providence Cemetery. Arrangements by the Willis Funeral Home.
