Charles Ray Burd, 76, of Scottown, Ohio, died Thursday, September 27, 2012, at Heartland of Riverview, South Point, Ohio.
Visitation will be held from 1-2 p.m., Sunday, September 30, 2012, at Hall Funeral Home, Proctorville, Ohio, followed by the funeral service at 2 p.m. by Pastor Ivan Asbury. Burial will follow in Miller Memorial Gardens, Miller, Ohio.
