Crown City man pleads guilty to falsification charge
GALLIPOLIS — A man accused of obstructing justice while aiding James E. Gardner as he eluded law enforcement last November, was recently ordered to pay a fine in an unrelated criminal case. Lyndon M. Montgomery, Sr., 52, Crown City, pleaded guilty to a falsification charge last week in the Common Pleas Court of Gallia County and was ordered to pay a fine in the amount of $1,000 and to pay the costs of prosecution in relation to the case. ...
