VFW Post 9926 to award scholarships
MASON, W.Va. — The Stewart-Johnson Veterans of Foreign Wars Post 9926 will award up to 15 tuition scholarships of $500 each to qualifying area college students and high school seniors who have been accepted into college. Commissioners approve jail contracts
POMEROY — The Meigs County Commissioners approved contracts to house prisoners during last week’s meeting. Contracts were approved with Washington County Jail and Middleport Jail under the same terms and conditions as in previous years. The cost to house prisoners will be $60 per day.
