Funeral services will be conducted at 11 a.m., Sunday, April 21 at the McCoy Moore Funeral Home in Vinton with Reverend Calvin Minnis officiating. Burial with military honors will follow in Morgan-Bethel Cemetery near Vinton. Visitation will be held from 5-7 p.m. on Saturday, April 20 at the funeral home.
