Robert Joseph ‘Joe’ Thompson Robert Joseph “Joe” Thompson, 77, of Gallipolis, Ohio, died Tuesday, April 23, 2013 at St. Mary’s Medical Center, Huntington, WV.
Services will be conducted at 11 a.m., Friday, April 26, 2013, at the Willis Funeral Home with Pastor Alvis Pollard officiating. Burial will follow at Ridgelawn Cemetery. Friends may call at the funeral home from 6-8 p.m. on Thursday, April 25, 2013. There will be a masonic service at 7:30 p.m. on Thursday.
Frank ‘Bruce’ Barton Frank “Bruce” Barton, 89, of Columbus, Ohio, passed away peacefully Sunday, April 21, 2013, at the Manor at Whitehall.
Frank was born in Rutland, Ohio, on March 11, 1924. He joined the Navy at age 17, a veteran of World War II. He worked in Cleveland, Ohio, before settling in Columbus where he was employed at General Motors and retired after 30 years of service.
