Dorothy L. Withers, 89, of Grove City, Ohio, died peacefully Thursday, February 16, 2012, at the home of her daughter in Mt. Juliet, Tenn.
A funeral service will be held at 1 p.m. on Wednesday, February 22, 2012, at the Wilcoxen Funeral Home in Point Pleasant, W.Va., with Pastor Carl Swisher officiating. Burial will follow at the Mount Carmel Cemetery in Apple Grove, W.Va. Visitation will be from 11 a.m. to 1 p.m. on Wednesday at the funeral home.
