Joan Mackenzie Layne Lewis died on June 1, 2012, at the Wexner Heritage Center in Columbus Ohio.
A memorial service was held on Sunday, June 3, 2012. Donations in remembrance of Joan may be directed to the Alzheimer’s Association, Central Ohio Chapter, 1379 Dublin Road, Columbus, Ohio 43215.
Arrangements are under the care of Evans Funeral Home, 4171 E. Livingston Ave.
