Bill Rhodes, 67, of Point Pleasant, W.Va., went home to his Lord on Monday afternoon, July 16, 2012, at Pleasant Valley Hospital.
Arrangements are incomplete and will be announced as they become available. Crow-Hussell Funeral Home is entrusted with arrangements.
