Sandra Lea Cremeans, 48, of Glenwood, W.Va., died November 18, 2012, at Pleasant Valley Hospital.
Funeral services will be at 1 p.m., on Wednesday, November 21, 2012, at the Wilcoxen Funeral Home. Burial will be held in the Pete Meadows Cemetery, in Glenwood, W.Va. Visitation will be one hour prior to the service on Wednesday at the funeral home.
Arrangements are under the direction of the Wilcoxen Funeral Home in Point Pleasant, W.Va.
