Robert (Skee, Bob) Marzula Ruscansky, 56, died Monday, November 19, 2012.
In lieu of flowers, his wishes are for donations to be sent to Shriners Hospital for Crippled Children. Burial to be in Arlington National Cemetery.
Altmeyer Funeral Home, Denbigh Chapel, is in charge of arrangements.
