Phyllis A. Herdman, 76, Gallipolis, died at 5 p.m. Wednesday, January 30, 2013, in the Arbors at Gallipolis.
Funeral services will be 1 p.m. Saturday, February 2, 2013, in the Cremeens Funeral Chapel. Officiating will be Pastor Eric Fannin. Private interment will be in the Old Pine Cemetery near Rio Grande. Friends may call after 11 a.m. Saturday at the funeral home.
