POMEROY — A free Ohio Hunter Education Class will be held commencing April 1 at the Shade River Coon Hunters Club on the Meigs County Fairgrounds. Class sessions are April 1, 2 and 4 from 6-9 p.m. and April 6 from 9 a.m. to noon, culminating with a final examination. Completion of a hunter education class is required for all first-time hunting license holders.
