Carlos T. “Carl” Atkins, 84, of Gallipolis died on Saturday, August 25, 2012, at the Holzer Senior Care. Services will be held at 11 a.m. Thursday, August 30, 2012, at Willis Funeral Home. Friends may call on Wednesday, August 29, 2012 from 6-8 pm at the funeral home. A complete obituary will be in Tuesday’s Tribune.
